Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna

Infrared heat is a safe form of naturally occurring energy produced by patented ceramic technology. This type of energy travels deep into soft tissue (1.5 - 2 inches) to widen blood vessels (thus lowering blood pressure), nourish damaged tissues and stimulate the breakdown of fat.

Unlike steam saunas, the infrared rays warm only the body and not the surrounding air temperature making an infrared sauna a more comfortable experience.

The thermal effect within the deep layers of the tissues causes blood vessels and capillaries to widen, promoting increased blood circulation to the skin's surface. As the body sweats, stored toxins and metabolic wastes are excreted through the skin's pores.
